Crystal Rose will be back to lead a punk yoga class from 9:30 am - 10:30 am on Sunday, July 21st in the Bridge Nine warehouse. These have been popular events where attendees follow an all-levels vinyasa flow to the sounds of your favorite punk songs (including Bridge Nine bands)! No props needed besides a mat and water.
